Q: When will my item get here?
Apparel: We print your item right after you order it. The printing/processing time varies from product to product so please read the product description. On average it takes 2-7 days for the print process and then another 2-7 days for shipping in the US (10-21 days international) so you can expect your order to arrive within 4-14 business days (14-28 international).
Other: PLEASE read the product description for shipping estimates. Some of our non-clothing items we sell ship from our warehouse overseas and some don't, therefore shipping times range from 4-30 days. If the product description doesn't mention anything about shipping then you can expect your order in 7-20 days if you're in the US (14-30 days international).
Canvas Orders and Record Clocks take from 2-4 weeks to be delivered.
Please be aware that Holidays effect delivery times.
IMPORTANT
Items shipped to South Africa may take up to 60 days to arrive.
Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping is about $4.95 for single item to USA and depend on the item's weight, shipping fee may increase. Shipping everywhere else is $6.95. And you will get FREE SHIPPING when spending over $90 from our store.
We do not ship to The Isle Of Man or Island of Jersey (not in the USA).
Q:How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll get an email with tracking info. Tracking info takes 1-7 days to update and display correctly.
Q: Do you do large bulk orders?
Why yes we do! Just shoot us an email at support@demonations.com and we can give you a discounted quote for large orders.
Q: Do you do custom orders?
It depends on what you're looking for but yes we do. Shoot us an email at support@demonations.com with your request.
Q: My shirt smells odd?
Do not be alarmed there is nothing wrong with the shirt. This smell is caused do to a coating to protect the shirt during the printing process. The vinegar smell will be gone in one round in the washing machine. So, not to worry your shirt is fine. We advise you to wash the T-Shirt even if there isn't a smell to remove any excess ink and for a more comfortable wear.
